Our Vision and Mission

"For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ." (1 Corinthians 3:11)

Our Vision

Our Mission

Why we exist and what we're called to do

To train church and other leaders, and to equip the next generation through formal and informal training so they are equipped to train others.

The Foundation exists to strengthen the Church in South Sudan by equipping Christian leaders with biblical knowledge, practical ministry skills, and Christ-like character to transform their communities through the Gospel.

Our mission flows from Jesus' Great Commission to "go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:19-20).

We accomplish this mission through:

  • Training Church Leaders: Equipping pastors and church leaders with essential ministry skills and biblical knowledge
  • Developing Community Leaders: Training leaders who can serve and transform their communities
  • Equipping the Next Generation: Investing in young leaders through both formal education and informal discipleship
  • Multiplication Strategy: Training leaders who are equipped to train others, creating a multiplying effect
The Foundation mission in action
"Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock."
Matthew 7:24-25 (NIV)
